We came in and placed our order with Josh (who was absolutely amazing by the way), and he cashed us out. We took our cups to fill them with our drinks and waited a good 5 to 10 minutes for our food (which we did not mind) but the lady Michelle or Misha (whatever her name was) was bagging our order. My fiancée told her it was for here not to go and she ignored him. He told her again and yet she ignored him again. Josh pointed out to her that it was a fine in order and she got very angry and started ripping the items out of the bag. My fiancée told her not to worry about it and she slammed our food on the counter. We asked to speak with the manager and Leah came out and said she could talk since she had no orders to put out. We informed her what was going on and she stated that that girl was training someone and that the orders show to go until cashed out (which ours was for over 5 minutes). She kept trying to justify that girls behavior! Ridiculous behavior. It is sad to say that we will not be back there again and we were frequent customers.

I hate to leave this review, because the original problem was not the employees' faults whatsoever. However, how they handled that problem was terrible. The app was glitching and processed my order 3 seperate times, although on my end it said no orders went through. When I called, the workers were extremely rude to me; "You're not going to come get this?" was their response to me just losing 30$ due to the apps fault. All I wanted was a refund. They lied to me and told me they processed it, (3 seperate phone calls for this), but the charges posted and I had to dispute charges with my bank. Basically, if something like this happens to you, they will not care at all. They don't care about getting your money back, and this is a very petty response to a customer being overcharged 3 times. I used to work in food service, and this is the most innappropriate reaction to having to make an order 3 times. Also, please note that not refunding people like this is actual theft.

I always have a mixed experience with this specific tacobell, either everything is how its meant to be or its so ungodly messed up that we don't wanna eat it, my personal worse experience was my qusidilla was rock solid, cold, and we waited 10 minutes to get my drinks when I did a pickup order and my food was sitting in the lobby ready to be picked up but no worker at the front counter
