While we can appreciate being short staffed, if that was the case today, March 16th, we cannot appreciate the lack of quality help. We had to find our own silverware AFTER food was dropped off. We then had to find our own ketchup AFTER food was thrown at us and msle server ran away. It was horrible service. Along with waiting so long for our food. We NEVER saw our server until he saw our credit card. And then grabbed our card without bringing us a bill first.

While the server was lovely, the floor under our table was so sticky that I had to clean my shoes after our stay. I mentioned it twice to the server but she just smiled. GROSS!! Also, the food was good but no food is worth waiting 50 mins to arrive!! The restaurant was not overly busy with many open tables. So, would I go again? Likely not.

I went online before I got there today to see if they still had liver and onions. They do on their menu in store and online. They don't have it anymore. The rest of th menu is basic and nothing but fried foods. Wont be back until they bring in healthier options.

Forget "five stars for the food," because that wouldn't even begin to encompass the incredible experience I had at Hudsonville Grille today. While the food was undeniably fantastic (seriously, try the Grille Burger with Fries), it was the service that truly made this the best lunch I've ever had.Thank you! from the two that didn't realize it was valentines day until we were awkwardly having lunch together ?
I can't say enough good things about the service at Hudsonville Grille. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group, even with our last-minute changes. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions based on our preferences. The entire team was friendly and made us feel like valued guests. Highly recommend!

Online menu describes chef’s vegetable. When leaving the waitress explained French fries are automatically served. Was hoping this gluten free dish would taste great and feel healthy.Vegetarian options: Appreciate GF choices

Staff was honestly the best. I had just badly sprained my foot and was stuck on a knee scooter, and there were like 3 staff members alone who saw me struggling my way through the doors and came to help me. They also came back to help me leave.Then, the hostess/seater pulled chairs away to help me get to my friends to be seated and was very courteous.Finally, our waitress was an absolute blast and had no issues with a table of girlfriends being there for a long time and waited on us the entire time with great suggestions and a stellar smile.Also, the food is very good, I will be coming back for those fried ham/ pickle wraps.
