Staff is rude and really don't care about their jobs at all. They take their time even when there is a long line. I would rather drive to the Jenison Subway than down the road to this one.

Most days it isn't open. The online isn't on to take orders and there's no other way to get the deals. Been several times I couldn't order the sandwich I wanted because they were "out of stock because the truck hadn't shown". No wonder they can't make any money there. Not good for a business that sells just luchmeat sandwiches and easy bake cookies.
