When I had ordered my food I had asked for the fries to be extra well done but when I pulled up to the window to receive my order the girl handed the order, when I looked in the bag the fries were barely cooked they were very white, I had asked for them to be brown. When I took them out of the bag, I said to her “oh honey can you please have them cook these a little bit longer” She refused to do so and called me stupid because I wanted my fries well done. I asked her why would she talk to a customer like that, she got frustrated and walked away 30 seconds later Lexus comes back, I politely said could I just please have a refund as she turned to get the manager, Noah lol The window was not closed all the way, she said to Noah who was supposed to be the manager, but I honestly don’t know how he made it that far Lexus says to Noah “the stupid lady wants you at the window she wants a refund” this is very scary as this is our future. That young lady could not have been more than 17 years old and Noah may be early 20s and I am absolutely terrified of what our country looks like with people like these two. I ended up getting my refund but it was a little bit of a battle trying to carry a conversation on with Noah. I honestly don’t know how these two can represent that restaurant as they are the first two people you see and speak to upon your ordering. Poor representation and I will not be going back. I see now why they have two stars
