Always enjoy the coffee I get from my local Biggby! The Asiago sausage egg and cheese breakfast bagel (bragel) is a favorite ? I usually get extra cream cheese! Service is always super friendly these folks love their job and you can tell.
We came on 02/21 at around 11:30 am. And the girl who took our order gave 5-star customer service! She informed us that the espresso machine lost pressure and could take 5 minutes to build up and usually when this happens there's a good chance that making any espresso-based drinks may taste burnt. I was willing to wait 5 minutes. And the drink did come out as burnt. I was kinda reluctant to say anything because it wasn't that bad, but my husband said I probably should.
