“Best pastie in Iron Mountain hands down!!”

“Luck of the draw. Just leaving the UP to head back to Wisco and searched for area restaurants. The rating is legit. Food was fresh and done very well. We had the Cuban and bourbon bacon cheese burger. Both were excellent. With only one on staff in the bar and one in the kitchen, food still came out fast and service was great. Definitely will return when back in the area.”

“Known mostly for their pizzas but I enjoy their grilled salmon as well! Pizzas try the Thai chicken or the Chinese pizza. I can honestly say I've never had a bad meal here. Service is great as well! Ambience is quaint, go early to get a seat.”

“I go here every couple of years, because our eye Dr. is located in the area.We live out in K. I. Sawyer, so it's a bit of a long drive, otherwise we'd eat there at least once a month as a treat. The food has always been excellent and the servers always seemed genuinely happy and banter with coworkers and us. It's a fun environment :) If you're in the area (Iron Mt., MI) try their Spicy Papa Burger, the best non-homemade burger I've had from a dine-in restaurant in years! Thank you! Oh and don't forget to ring the bell by the door on your way out, it said: Ring this bell if your visit was swell! I thought that sign was cute, my son rang it, he loved the corn dog bites experience, we've never seen them before, he said they were genius I agree, now I'm going to have to make my own homemade ones lol :)”

“Cozy atmosphere and great food. French Onion soup was a great choice. Our waiter was well informed about the menu and was able to provide options to help respect our dietary needs. I would have no problem recommending this restaurant. Many good sandwich choices on the menu. We have been there many times, will continue to eat there on a regular basis.”

“Fantastic 16 inch thin crust with mushroom, onion, green pepper & w/o cheese. Yes, was the best I've had in many years since a child/ young adult in Chicago. Highly reccomend! Price was $20 & will order again, for certain! The workers were friendly, helpful, & timely with my order before closing.?Also, had the full rack ribs twice before, YUMMY, loved them! Da' Best!”

“Great customer service! Great flavors! Smoothies are super yummy & healthy. Muffins & sweet breads are tasty, moist & just sweet enough. Gluten free pizza is excellent!! Recommend highly!”

“Stopped in on Saturday for a take out on my drive to Lac du Superior and ordered a chicken wrap and Italian Soda/Mango to take with. Both were excellent and service was very friendly and fast. Used to stop in fairly often pre COVID but not a lot since but will likely resume visits when in Iron Mountain or trips up into the U.P. Nice atmosphere.”

“This is my favorite restaurant in iron mountain great place me and my friend went out here for lunch together food hot and fresh server she was a sweet lady kind friendly and on top of everything we needed the tip i left her she definitely deserved ”

“Great find for our family during a weekend visit to the area! Food was good and service was very good. Place is decorated with 1,000s of mounted animals and fish!! Our kids had never seen anything this cool!”

“Always a good meal here. Never had bad service. The ambiance is comfortable. Fish fry is very good as well as the breasted chicken. We love all you can eat wing night and usually frequent every Monday. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.”

“We really enjoyed this taproom! There is a lounge with live music and wine room attached, but wasn't open when we visited in the afternoon. The beer menu was on a white board just inside the door with many local brews available. Our server was exceptional! Besides being attentive, friendly and on the spot, she was familiar with the beers and breweries. We enjoyed an icy cold beer and good conversation.”

“I wanted to give an updated review. My friend and me stopped in Saturday morning and the girls were amazing. They were very polite! Thank you for posting that review in your shop. They were super sweet and caring.I will be definitely recommending Edelweiss coffee when anyone wants a good drink with great service.Thank you*************Love going to this coffee shop. I have been going for years their food and drinks are very good.But the last couple weeks the girls have been very rude. I don't think I could have gotten more eye rolls and "are you done" this morning for ordering two drinks and two scones. I don't know what's going on but some of those girls need an attitude adjustment.I will change my review to better stars if the next time they are professional and just do their job otherwise I will go somewhere else.”

“We used Millie’s market to cater our wedding reception and they truly delivered! Their food is elegant, beautiful and absolutely delicious.. our guests were telling us all night how impressed they were with the food. The charcuterie table was also to die for and a crowd favorite. They were seamless to work with and went above and beyond to meet all of our wants and wishes. Could not recommend them enough!”

“Update to my previous post. Moved to Iron Mountain and this is my go to spot! Deliciously crafted coffee drinks, reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly. I was accusing to paying $10 for my coffee, so the prices on this quality of coffee & service is fantastic!_____________________________7 years ago...I am visiting from Phoenix and was dying for a good frou frou espresso coffee in Iron Mountain. This place hit the spot. The gal at the window seemed to be a little slow at understanding our order but the end product was correct and delicious. Would go back & would recommend to those visiting from a larger city with a craving.”

“My family loves the Bakery Shoppe. We stop almost every time we are in town. Everything is delicious and the staff are so kind and caring. Wouldn't change a thing..... Ok I guess if I could change one thing it would be plain cannolis instead of chocolate chip ones haha. But everything else is amazing”

My favorite place to eat by far.Dietary restrictions: My mom is gluten free dairy free and it is great to have a place where she has so many optionsKid-friendliness: I have been bringing my kids to eat here regularly and each time is a positive experience.”

“Don’t be fooled into thinking this cannot be a great family spot! We went with a group of 11 including 5 kids for lunch. Staff was excellent and welcoming, pizza and meatballs subs were a hit with the kids and i will be back again and again for a double sausage boat! Can’t wait to return.”

“Had pizza a couple years ago and was not impressed super dry and tasted super floury.. Well we decided to give them another try I was craving a sausage and mushroom pizza! Well this time definitely 10/10 delicious and super friendly staff! Will definitely get pizza again! Perfect thin crust delicious sauce and delicious sausage (not oily) and good mushrooms! Also had fried pickle spears delicious and light breading on them!! ?”

“I didn't go to Iron Mountain to eat but happened to get hungry while in town, so I stopped in for a quick meal. Restaurant & Bathroom were fairly clean. Seating area is pretty small with no room for larger parties, but it was empty so no issues there. I requested a thinner crust and they accommodated that. I also order double pepperoni and the pizza had plenty. Overall, it was a good pizza and I'd order it again.”

“My daughter and I visited from out of town and were treated very respectfully and courteously by two of the workers. However, the manager on duty was either having a bad day or is normally not too pleasant to her other employees as well as customers. There was an intense disagreement between another customer and the manager which ended in the police being called (by the manager). Basically, it boiled down to the manager’s continuous rude manner that had been pointed out by the customer. Sometimes, you just have to admit when you’re wrong and let it go. We left agreeing with the customer. I will say, throughout this 20+ min ordeal, the other two workers remained calm and professional - great job on their part!!??”

“One of my top stops for pasties in the UP for a long time running. Great if you want a drive-thru pastie made with care. I almost always get the beef, but they also have chicken, veggie, pizza pasties and breakfast pasties. I love getting a pastie from the drive-thru then going to the park to enjoy, but you can also dine-in in their cute little eatery if you’d like!They’re also experts at shipping frozen pasties for those of us who don’t live in the UP but want that taste of the 906. They freeze and ship them in a very nice styrofoam container to keep them cold and fresh to your door. Highly recommend.Get some ketchup to go with it and it’s *chef’s kiss!*”
