Went with my wife last night around 5 30 PM, and my wife ordered a speciality BLT sandwich. And I ordered a Ruben sandwich, my wifes bacon on her sandwich was ice cold, and they put spicy mustard on it instead of mayo. She asked to exchange it for a beef and cheddar, but the BLT cost more but no money back? My ruben the meat was luke warm same for the curly fries, I understand help is hard to find but really? I see now why the place was slow, usually other Arby's are pretty good not this one.

Clean lobby, friendly employees, very timely. My food was a little cold one time, but I talk to the worker and was given a replacement with no problems.

They are severely short staffed.I ordered a chicken sandwich and they forgot to put the chicken on it.I was told they were training some new employees. It shouldn't take training to put a piece of chicken on a chicken sandwich!The Mac n cheese bites tasted like fish.I like Arby's. I wish I could give them a better review.

Love the food at Arby's, but the roast beef was off, was very dry and not enough cheese. They also raised the price on the shakes and reduced the amount of shake.
