We had a lil mix up with our drinks but the Manager took care of us right away and was super kind throughout the situation. Even when they were communicating to the rest of the team it was calm and constructive rather than immediate criticism. Overall I was impressed, especially on such a busy day.
My new favorite Biggby. I drive 9 minutes to this Biggby versus 3 minutes to another biggby down the road from me due to the fact they are rude and inconsistent. It’s worth the drive for me to come to this biggby! All the baristas are always super kind and make your drink correctly and filled all the way up. Good job!

My only real complaint is that I can order the same thing at any of the Bigby places here in town and the price can be different at each one. I can understand possibly being different state to state but these are all in the same city and can vary by $2 for same drink. Frustrating.
