What is this nonsense that doordash orders are not allowed drink carriers? These are orders for other people that need to be transportable and presentable. And the snotty attitudes from the workers about a drink carrier for an order going to someone was extremely rude. Not professional.

My favorite biggby in Jackson. Drinks are always spot on. Drive-thru layout can suck sometimes if it's super busy but it's not that big of a deal

Consistently, my drinks are made incorrectly. Employees do not have good customer service skills. I will gladly drive out of my way to another Bigby, to have a perfect tasting latte.

Although pricy, the variety of beverages make it a worthwhile treat to me. Always friendly baristas and welcome walk in customers to stay as long as we want. A great place to meet up with friends.

Just stopped into this BIGGBY. Actually went inside. No customers inside, no one in the drive thru. Two employees, no one looked up, said hi, one moment, or how can I help you. A third employee came out from the back, looked at me and started taking order from the drive thru. I waited a little longer before leaving. Still no one said anything. Obviously horrible customer service, and the interior was bleak. 4 tables and chair randomly in the empty room. No atmosphere. I will not be back and probably never enter another BIGGBY.
