I visited Biggby Coffee in Jackson Michigan on late afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and they greeted us with a smile. They helped me choose from the wide variety of coffee drinks, tea, smoothies, bagels, and baked goods. Biggby on Parnell is amazingly quick and efficient getting orders complete. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Store is always clean and inviting.Kid-friendliness: I take my 4 year old grandbaby with me. She just loves watching her magic milk being made. She also loves talking with the baristas.
The drinks were good but not labeled so when my dasher dropped them off I couldn’t tell which was which. Mine was supposed to be sugar free and my husbands was just a normal (full of sugar) iced latte. PLEASE LABEL DRINKS! I could have had a sugar spike and had to go to the hospital after accidentally drinking my husband's drink! I did accidentally drink his and ended up getting sick from the sugar.
