Horrendous! We called in our orders and they were all wrong. Items were missing that we were charged for (Turkey dinner with no cranberry sauce and no green bean side dish) we were charged for items that we did not order (banana bread which, coincidentally, wasn't in the bag). We asked for butter and honey for the biscuits and we got neither. It was a quality control nightmare! Will not return!

I absolutely love this place. Grew up going to Bob evans after church as a kid so the memories every time I am there makes it all the better. However, last time I was there both myself and my husband had hair in our food. Not just regular hair but beard hair! The assistant manager was very pleasant and apologetic and said they were not using their hair nets like they were suppose to. It def ruined the meal but also made me wonder why they were cooking and no one said hey put ur net on.... hoping this isn't an issue again bc I find that very gross and wud hate to stop going there as I love it so much.

Unfortunately Bob Evans does not have waffles on their menu anymore but their pancakes were good. The server also told us that they cook their pancakes and potatoes/hashbrowns separately in their own griddle away from the meats. As a vegetarian this is a huge plus to dine here ??

Ridiculous. Prices have risen ridiculously. A drink now costs $3.25 to $3.99 while portions have been reduced. My hashbrowns weren't even cooked. When we arrived, we were met out front with all kinds of trash scattered in front of the building. We will not return. I don't mind paying for premium food but this food was very substandard. And then, to add insullt to injury, when my wife asked for a drink to go the server said we would have to pay for it, We always got free refills and no cost drinks to go. Shame on you Bob Evans. Just a shadow of how great you once were!!!

Food came out cold for both plates. Mashed potatoes and gravy wasn't even steaming.She's on the chicken sandwich looked like plastic because it sat in the window under a heat lamp and melted. Server should have known better. $27.00 for 2 plates and 1 soda and didn't even eat but 2 bites. Don't recommendAlso allowed a exotic monkey dine in the table behind me. Food establishment don't allow animals. Sooo bet no one washed their hands.

Four adults went to Bob Evans in Jackson,MI for Thanksgiving dinner. We arrived at around 2:10 PM. The lobby was full clear to the front door. There were two lines. One for meal pickup and one for in house diners. We were seated within 15 minutes which very much surprised all in our party of four. A waitress came within 4 minutes and took our drink order. The next waitress came within maybe seven minutes and took our food order. Now this whole time they were still seating people and taking orders. We had our food within 20 minutes. It was an excellent meal and a very good price. Our waitress (wish we would have gotten her name) was very very pleasant even though she was constantly moving and being asked for items. We had two takeout orders and she filled them exactly as asked. I just wish I knew her name as she is an excellent employee. She was so pleasant. I would have been going crazy. But she was so nice,caring and on the ball. Bob Evans you did good by hiring her.Judy Jeffrey
