After making my double Whopper with cheese, a single Whopper without cheese, they told me over the phone that they would remake it the next time I came in. They failed to tell me that I had to come back within 30 days to claim it. So when I returned sometime after 30 days, they said that they would NOT remake it for me, that they couldn't find my name in the book! Not a good experience, either time! (I went through the drive thru both times.)

I wanted to give special mention to Al working the drive through. He was patient and forward-thinking while taking our order, we didnt feel rushed, and the few extra moments he took to make sure the order was correct made the whole process smoother.I would love for everyone who works drive thru to be trained to function like him

The older lady and older gentleman at customer service were so amazing they were quick and extremely nice I loved trying here and I'll definitely be coming
I love waiting for 20 minutes in the drive-thru because your employees want to sit there and chit chat and not make anybody's food so yeah you get an a in stupidity! I guess you really do get what you pay for!
Took 1/2 hpur to get a whopper and small fry. Only 2 cars in front of me. Threw the frys away way over cooked un able to eat them and could only eat 1/2 the whopper tasted like they emptied the salt shaker on it.

Went thru the drive-thru and they wanted .21 cents for zesty sauce. A condiment! I wonder how much it is for salt and pepper or ketchup?! Never again will I go to this BK. Sad cause I buy lunch for my crews and now they have to go to McDonald's or Wendy's. Way to lose a customer of charging for condiments. Next they charge you for Ice in your cup. Lol DA's!
