I ordered the chicken club and I couldn't get my teeth through some of the chicken, the bacon was fatty and I only had one byte that tasted good. Spit out most of my sandwich as I was eating.

I have the app and also get promotional emails. I work very close to this location. Decided to call in a pickup order because I received an offer on both the app and by email that October is National Pizza Month and to celebrate cottage inn is offering 15% off your order!1) Person answering the phone knows nothing about it. Tells me she’d need to ask her manager. Tells me to bring in coupon. No coupon, it’s just sent as an email and shows up on app as an event.2) Walk in to pick up my order after work. I am tired and distracted. She looks up my order,charges my card and I start to walk out. She forgot to give me my 2 liter but was very kind and I got it and walked to my car. Then I realize she never asked me for the coupon or email. Walk back in to show her to get my refund of 15%.3) Enter the manager. One of the rudest persons I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He immediately gets a huge attitude with me. It’s apparently not in his power to recharge my credit card or refund my card. He said it won’t even show up for at least 4 days as a credit on my card. ? Why is that a problem for him? It’s also not his job to educate his staff about the promotions that cottage inn is offering. It is apparently my fault that the person taking the order doesn’t know what to do when a customer says that they received an offer by email or app and then it is not honored.I loved my food. Great pizza!But if he worked for me I’d have some serious concerns about what exactly he thinks his job entails. I told him he was being very rude. He was not phased. It is so simple to make a customer happy. He could have offered me a printed coupon for $5 off my next order and offered an apology.But he chose to be immovable and kept repeating the phrase “ I can’t help you Ma’am” He told me this repeatedly.I told him “I can see that” and left. It was a strange encounter.

The food was amazing but the service was terrible. This place needs to review it's management choices... They were 30 minutes behind and while waiting watched many of the employees standing doing nothing looking lost while others were trying their best to direct them.

ordered a pineapple and ham large pizza at 5:30ish and didn't get it until 7:20pm even though it said estimated delivery at 6:35. delivery is so slow and the pizza was almost entirely cold. probably because I didn't tip woth my credit card so they didn't care. i tipped anyways with cash but if i knew the pizza was that cold i would've tipped him nothing. horrible delivery service. none if this will probably be fixed either because I don't feel like calling them. i reheated it in my oven and it was good so higher stars for this but it was such an inconvenience. they're extremely lucky for 4/5 stars.
