It was a great experience because they corrected our order and made it right order now only by getting us the sundae we ordered but also provided a full size order of onion rings. Way to go! Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Really glad we finally got a Grill and Chill I love the burgers and the fries, I have eaten here at least once a week for the past 3 months and every time without fail they somehow mess up my order by either wrong food in the bag or missing items. I'm not picky so I don't make any special requests I order everything as it comes. There's a lot of younger people working here and a lot of goofing off, I'm no fun sucker so have a good time laugh smile cool just get the orders right.

This was legit one of the best experiences I've had with customer service in a fast food restaurant. Ever. Period. Whoever was working the closing shift on 9/20/23... I applaud you. Well done sirs.
