That was by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life at a McDonald's!!! They appeared to have enough staff which is crazy cuz it took them 45min to get us our food and smoothies and everything was freaking cold and my fish sandwich looks gray inside it. It was like no one new anything about anything and stood there stupifid looking at each and not a single person moved to do anything and the ppl that appeared to be managers didn't even help these poor special kids to figure out what they needed to do so it took 45min and I'm not happy because I picked up fast food for a reason.... because I didn't have time to make anything because I have kid things to do tonight and I stupidly thought McDonald's would be the best thing we'll no it wasn't and now my 8yr old was late for her thing and I was supposed to have volunteered tonight and was late for that....so moving right along.....idk what happened there but it wasn't a good thing and there were plenty of upset parents and kids too......

Went to 2 McDonald's and both times the shake machine was down went to another McDonald's and the same thing shake machine down. How can McDonald's make anything when ever thing is down. Smoothy machine down as well McDonald's

Completely awful the girl who took my order spoke to me like she clearly didn't want to be there and then stupid me didn't check my Double Quarter Pounder with Big Mac sauce add shredded lettuce that I was also asked and said I wanted. When I got home and opened my burger I have no idea what the hell somebody was doing back there when they saw my order come up no lettuce no Big Mac sauce and some random slabs of undercooked bacon. And now I can't even get through on the phone I just threw a half hour and 10 bucks to the wind
