Just had a good experience here. Got 8 items and a few of the burgers had customizations and all of my items were made correctly and tasted good. My wait time was also reasonable considering I ordered 8 items. Thank you!!

Today my husband placed a order at Airport road McDonald's and the entire order wrong when he got it home. I called the restaurant and spoke to a women who said my husband was rude. Now if it would have been me, I know I can be rude, but it is not in his nature. Anyway. We did not get a receipt or did the person repeat the order back to make sure it was correct. I hope the person I spoke to was not a manager. That would be scary. She said there was nothing she could do and hung up. So professional !

Horrible service. Rude employees. Had us pull up for a simple order and waited on 7 cars. We had to back up to get our food and the pos kid with earbuds in says "not my fault you had to wait" what? U served 7 cars and had our food waiting and didnt bother to give it to us.. lack of common sense and curiosity... shame on the lack of respect and common sense that this kid had. As well as management. Take out the damn earbuds show respect to customers and grow the hell up

Both my food and my daughter's food was ice cold fries of course we're always cold I couldn't even eat the Hamburger because I was afraid I was going to get sick and I couldn't reheat it cuz I had lettuce and tomato on it worst experience ever from a McDonald's.Update whent again today cuz my daughter wanted McDonald's I really didn't want to go but I just got her back from her dad so I treated her to McDonald's... first of all my order was incorrect and they charged me more than what I was supposed to pay for and then to top it all off the person taking my order was incredibly disrespectful and rude when I asked about the deal with the two Big Macs and the chicken nuggets and stuff like that she says straight up we don't do that here...why is it advertised on your menu then? I'm glad I didn't go on my mobile app and order it because on the mobile app it's also saying that it's available.
