Ordered 3 cheeseburgers and 3 small fries. That's it. I said 3 cheeseburgers and 3 small fries. Look at the receipt to see what I got. And we were the only ones in line, so didn't accidently get someone else's order. They just effed ours up that bad! My God man! All we wanted was 3 cheeseburgers and 3 small fries!

Ordered a coke and a sausage McMuffin.Two cars were waiting for their meals. I had to pull over and wait. Now 5 cars are waiting for their order. waited over 12 minutes finally went insid e and got my money back. the man in the first car is still waiting, he said he had been there at least 20 minutes. 20 minutes! I’ll never go back to this McDonald’s. It is by far the worst in the Jackson area. Food is usually Luke warm or cold and if you order a drink it’s 50/50 if you will get the right one! Look at their reviews….impressive! Many 1 star ratings, only because you can’t give zero stars!

There were 4 other cars in front of me pulled off to the side and waiting. When I got up to the second window they told me to do the same. Waited around 20 mins to get a single burger and a small fry. Fry was cold and the burger was lukewarm. Won't be back.

First time waited a while for our food and our burgers wasnt done, employee unfriendly. Gave them a second chance and waiting almost a full hour for 2 drink and a small fry. They gave a large but it was cold and old, and still no drinks.

These guys can even make a burger. I don’t remember asking for no mustard, no ketchup, no onions, no pickles. Making burgers is hard ? Corporate shows close, worst McDonald in Jackson!!!

This place is the most miss managed restaurant i have ever been to. The quality of food that you get served is very similar to build your own burger. The fries are freezing cold. Burgers are over cooked. The burgers are literally just thrown right in the box and sauce put on them. They forget items continuously. Staff is ungodly rude. They always make you pull up and wait upwards of 20 minutes for your order. If i were corporate id fire everyone in that building because they are whats dragging down the restaurant chains name and quality.

Mobile order after verify order at window drove past the first window and saw a lady drawing ona guys face, was confused but w/e should have took it as a warning sign…only got a Big Mac and 2 double cheeseburgers(no drink or fries) got to the second window was asked to pull forward was like okay(even tho i was thinking seems weird with how small my order was, no one else was in front or behind me the whole time I waited) lady came out and gave me my food got home to a smashed big Mac with torn patty? And 2 cold cheeseburgers with buns hard as rocks missing all the toppings.Rough when you can’t even handle working at a McDonald’s …
