Stopped here for a beverage and bathroom break while road tripping. Took one look at the bathroom and left. Noticed as I was leaving that the restaurant floors are also filthy. Litter on the grounds. This is an ok place, however I recommend that you check your sandwich before eating because 3 of the last 4 times I have eaten here I have come across a human or pet hair that ended up in my breakfast sandwich. One time I discovered it as I was chewing. While I recognize accidents happen, this has now happened to me multiple times and seems to be becoming the norm which is highly disappointing.

Went in the restaurant about 4:15pm while traveling through the area. 1 customer eating in the corner, no employees visible, trash on the floor at the counter area. Ordered on the kiosk a large hot mocha $5.08 , no receipt came out. Steady beeping noise in the kitchen, employee finally appears slowly gets our mocha an dropping an empty cup on the floor. Got back on the highway took 1 sip, it was awful. Took the Chelsea exit went to Biggby Coffee disposed of the McCoffee an got a proper one.

We ordered from here, the service was poor, and they messed up our order. When we tried to fix it, they had some attitudes. For example, we had a few orders of fries and they didn’t even give us one of them. When we tried to tell them, they were rude. Then they made us pay again for them. The rest of our food wasn’t the best either. The Big Mac that we ordered had barely any sauce on it. The fries were almost dehydrated and some were uncooked. The fries were also very tiny.

Rarely visit McDonald's but we wanted a quick meal and this was the only option.Food was done quickly and fresh. Friendly staff. The restrooms were out of order. It was clear they were working on them, but that was an inconvenience. Had to go across the street to a gas station to use the bathroom. Other than that it was a good experience.

Ordered food here. Not only was our food made improperly but when showed them the receipt they acted like it was my fault they had to make it correctly. Then while we were sitting and eating, customers who had ordered ahead of us asked about their food and they were told it was made ages ago. When they asked why they hadn't been given and asked if it was still hot the self professed GM stated that it was in the warmer and would have been still hot if they had been there sooner. The poor people had ordered in store and been there the whole time. Very poor service.

This place is really going downhill with the price increase and the customer service decrease I don't understand why people just don't simply go to a different restaurant they are trash you try to order something without pickles or onions or without anything and their workers are simply too lazy in order to do it all they are are human machines that aren't as efficient as machines themselves

If I could give negative stars, I'd use them here. Food was like cardboard, cold and chewy. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, I got cardboard with a side of hair... customer service if filled with fat employees not even working, they're just hanging in the back taking their time. I do not recommend this garbage dump.

They had one lady working the drive thru and the counter. The cashier up front wouldn't not get out of her chair to help the lady. The lady working was doing the best she could, but you could tell she was getting stressed out. The cashier could have gotten out of her chair and made things run a lot smoother.

I stopped for a cinnamon roll and was told hierarchy came in and said pack them up, no longer selling them, and threw them in the trash. On top of an absolute waste of food, this was the only place that you could get a soft breakfast item. Guess I'll try the other places and if I don't find anything, I suppose I'll have to find a simple recipe. REALLY A BUMMER!!!!
