I love eating at both the Jackson and Portage, Michigan stores. I just wish that there was more consistency in the food. I get the orange chicken. Sometimes it's VERY spicy and other times not so much. Everyone is always very friendly.

I have not been here in a while…I usually take out and order at the window. The last couple times I’ve been here the food was great! Better than I have usually had and the service fantastic! You have definitely upped your game. Thank you to Janaya my server today too. She let me know I would have a few minute wait for chow mein, which I was fine with and it came in a timely manner! Thank you!

Is fast food Chinese food? What can you really say?
Worst panda express management of any location I've ever been, this place is a dumpster fire! Line around the corner, flat out telling people to leave and use the drive thru so they can lock the door behind them and make them sit in a line that doesn't even move because they are out of everything!! Meanwhile the whole parking lot is blocked full of people waiting for their paid orders that have been waiting for a half hour!

Food was not the standard panda express, food was not good at allDidn't even taste right.Don't stop at this panda express and expect the usual.The orange chicken was extra spicyAnd tasted burntThe teriyaki chicken tasted like porkWe decided to take out instead of dining in because the tables were so dirty.

I was there today and said 4 times do not put sauce on meal - guess what got gone - sauce on meal - two times before ordered cream cheese Rangoon - not in bag when I got home - very tired of being so inefficient- not sure when or if I will go backOk so I went back today - ordered orange chicken with fried rice - the rice was nasty tasted horrible and chicken what there was of it tasted like leftovers- service and food has really declined - I’m done
Food is OK but every time I come, yes, usually later at night, they are always out of several things... mcdonald's doesn't run out of hamburgers???

My girlfriend ordered while she was on her first break. She ordered it for 12:30pm. I picked it up not even 15 minutes later. When I arrived, I was harrassed to "confirm the order" several times by the employee. As he is trying to hand it to me & pulling it back, I told him it was my girlfriend who ordered it while she was at work & he STILL refused to give me my food. I started to get irritated because her lunch was almost over. He FINALLY handed the food over and said "next time come prepared my coworkers aren't as nice". The food was as cold as could be by the time I got it outside back into my vehicle... She had to warm it up when it arrived to her, not even 5 minutes down the road.

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but my experience was so bad I had to warn other people. Avoid this place. The fried rice tasted burnt and it smelled so weird. Absolutely gross. I’m glad they skimped me on my portions. That way I didn’t have to waste as much food! Went right down the trash! 0/10

Customer service was great! The staff was super friendly, the food was good but I do wish they would have made a fresh batch of the walnut shrimp instead of giving me last scoop of an old batch. The shrimp were cold and soggy... but I'd still come back because of the friendly staff.
