Pizza Hotline is my favorite pizza!!! We order almost every weekend! We always get delivery and pizza is always hot!!! Subs are good also!

This place has pretty good subs, but my experience with a woman there over the phone was absolutely uncalled for and completely rude! I ordered dinner for my children who were at home with a sitter while my husband and I left for a dinner ourselves. I placed my delivery order online, paid, and went about my night. When I returned home to find that it had not been delivered, I realized I had 2 missed calls from them (my phone was silenced) regardless, I called pizza hotline and a woman answered I stated that I had placed a delivery order and it had not been delivered she cut me off to ask what's the address, I didn't even get my complete address out and she barked that she called twice and we are out of the delivery area. I'm now well aware they tried to call, and completely understand but I am so disgusted but this woman and they way she spoke to me. We'll not dine here anymore.

Didn’t realize what I was missing all these years. Started ordering from here after moving to the west end of town and have been satisfied each time we’ve ordered. Pizza, sandwiches, stuffed bread, and turtle brownies are amongst our favs on the menu. Service is always great even when they are busy, timely arrival with hot food, and later night deliveries for the win!
I'd been recommended this place a LONG time ago. Tried it for the first time in all these years. In my opinion you won't be disappointed. GOOD STUFF! Can't wait to try their subs!

Best pizza in Jackson by a ton. First time eating thier pizza tonight, and was very happy we tried it. Growing up on real Chicago pizza, thin cracker crust, this fit the bill just fine. Sadly, they only negative I have is that they don't deliver my direction (probably a good thing). Very friendly staff as well. We will be regulars now. If you can't stand the overhyped pizza options in Jackson, give Pizza Hotline a try!

The amount of dust in this building would indicate that the last cleaning of this place was over 10 years ago.... There's crusty cheese behind the pizza station in the window.. the elderly people working here kept wiping sweat off there face with their hands and going right back to making pizza ... If anyone else made pizzas this good I would go there but safe serve training is needed here badly

Thick crust medium pizza? And 2 brownies. $34. And not even thick crust. Called and was told they don't even have thick crust.

My pizza was cold by the time it was delivered and the the breadsticks were gross thought I'd treat my friends but we should of ate somewhere else
