Qdoba is my absolute favorite restaurant on the go, but this location is the worst location I’ve been to. I’ve had issues with this location in the past but National burrito day is what really pushed me to write this review. I ordered the birra quesadilla with drink, which is what was required in order to qualify for the free burrito. The birria meat tasted like Salmon for some reason, I was missing all of my sides and the drink. The burrito was missing the pickled onions (I requested extra) pinto beans, cotija cheese, picante ranch and pico. Most of what I asked for on my burrito. I’m not sure if they ran out of items, but being free burrito day you’d think they would’ve prepped more food the day before. Today, my kids wanted qdoba so I figured I’d give it a chance for redemption. I ordered my food online, walked in the store and saw my food sitting on the counter, but for some reason had to wait 7 minutes with several cashiers up front. My children ordered nachos but guess what. No chips were in the bag for the nachos. Who can eat nachos without chips? So they had to eat their “nachos” at home with a spoon. I gave two stars because the food tastes great, but the customer and quality of service is awful. I worked in a restaurant for 3 years and I’d never let a customer with an order ready to be picked up wait for 7 minutes. We love cold food!Oh, and for some reason your phone isn’t working.

I have been to this Qdoba multiple times since they have opened, The service has been on a downward slump. A few months back I went in and waited in the line that was all the way to the door and when I finally got to the front it seemed like everything I asked for they were out of and it was only 7pm, when I asked when they thought there might make more steak, brown rice, and vegies they told they weren't, I walked out but have been back several times after, Haven't had any issues until now 4/4 (national burrito day) I am a rewards member and one of the rewards only on 4/4 is if you order a entre and drink you get a free burrito. I ordered on my mobile app at 6:20 and the app said my food would be ready by 7-7:10. My girlfriend stopped for our food about 7:05 and said there was line in the pick up area (which use to never be a line it was at one point like every other restaurant and had a set of shelfs for pick ups, now you have to go to the cash register and interrupt there whole process of the people who ordered at the restaurant), When she finally got to the cashier around 7:15 the cashier seemed very friendly but overwhelmed and was interrupted multiple times by other employees before she could even tell us that our food is no where near done and there were several people ahead of us. so she was forced to get out of line and go to her car and wait, At this point she calls and asks me to check the status of our order because she does not want to wait in the massive line unless our food is done. So I check and the app and it said our food was completed at 7, I knew that was incorrect so I called and a lady picked up I informed her I had a order and that it said it was completed at 7 but it wasn't so if there was any possible way that I could get a estimated time, she responded very unapologetic and said " I cant give you estimated time and the app is never right when 80 orders come in at once" and just continued giving me which seemed like a constant attitude to the point I just simply asked is "there anyway I could speak to your manger" to which she replied with a smirk " I am the manger" so I clearly seen I was getting absolutely no help I asked her to please cancel my order, which I got a okay and give me a minute which was okay until I was informed by my girlfriend in that time frame she watched the manager return inside from being outside doing lord knows what, just to cancel our order. I have been to several Qdoba's and have never had issues just here.

This place is terrible customer service is atrocious placed a to go order and didn’t get what I ordered gave me pulled pork instead of steak which is against my religion I called them and said there was nothing they could do so I spent 15 dollars for absolutely no reason terrible and an hour of my time waiting

We have been here 3xs in the last few weeks - we always seem to get Jillian to wait on us - So helpful and friendly with a smile everytime- !! She is what brings back A Customer !! As she has Us .. I honestly wish we had more like her in this world it would definitely be more pleasant ❤️. She is the sweetest- you’re lucky to have an employee like her !!!

I visit this location often and today, the service from one of the young ladies on staff was horrible! I usually get half chicken and half adobo chicken on my bowl, but she proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do that anymore. She can only do “2 full servings of both, or charge me for 2 full servings of both if I still only wanted half a serving”. I opted into getting one full serving of regular chicken and she clearly put half a serving. When I asked if that was a full serving she, with an attitude, snatched a cup and proceeded to show me that whatever amount of chicken fits in there is what is considered a 4oz serving. I gladly walked out. I didn’t ask for a side of attitude. It was a simple question.
