Soooo happy with my experience, I am semi hooked on a fairly new offering Subway has to offer ...the footlong chocolate chip cookie, yes that's correct, a footlong...it's served warm and it's gooey and just beautiful ❤️ ok I'm ? hooked on it! Anyway Sarah was my server, sooo nice , her area was spotless and she greeted me so welcoming! This is a true blue baked heaven u must try....

So not only was this location's service as slow as molasses, they did not have any of the 11inch pretzels thawed out enough to even cook. So I waited 10 minutes for nothing. Won't come here ever

Most of the time this establishment is really pleasant. However, today (02/12/23 at 3:50pm) the gentlemen working was not displaying good customer service. -We were not greeted at all. We had to speak to him. He told us to “we had to wait.” We ended up walking out after not being spoken to AT ALL.We realized he was making a mobile/to-go order. Literally, one sub at a time. We stood there for 10 minutes without being acknowledged again. Nobody was waiting for a mobile order, or to-go order. It was very disappointing. We can usually grab a sub and go while we pump gas, and the ladies are very friendly. Today was just super disappointing customer service.
Stop here 10 mins to 9pm on new years day young girl was counting her draw I ask if she was open yes until 9 I said wait I wanted she continued counting her draw then close it said hold on went outside talk to her boss came back inside and said sorry I can't serve you because we are closed now and it wasn't even closing time want a shame that are younger generations don't take there jobs serious for this Jimmy John's will be my only sandwich shop

Great place to get a fast bit to eat. Not long line, has great friendly staff. Always satisfied with my sandwich. Plus the convenience store is right inside also.
