Adjusting a very old one star review to say this place has made some very strong moves forward. Note in my bag last two times I stopped in saying the new ownership is really trying to get things right.Food was incredibly fresh, wait times were VERY reduced. If you added this location to your list of "do not go" like I did, it's time for a revisit.

Manager on duty was quite rude. Employee asked what my frozen drink was so I told him it was a large and she spoke up rudly and said that is a large even though I didn't question the size he was making. Was kinda put off watching the employee smoking their vape in the door way with the manager right there not correcting them for it.

The district manager for these locations deserves to be fired. Prices are hiked up over other locations and far fewer menu items are offered. The greed is disgusting in a time when prices for food keep going up and people are having a hard enough time getting by. Traverse City A TOURIST TOWN has cheaper prices.

For the last five times that I've ordered from this place whether it be in person pick up from the drive through or doordash they mess everything up in our damn order I don't think there's been one order that I've gotten right in a long time and it's ridiculous. When we tried to call to have them get us the items that we missed all we got was oh you ordered from the app we don't deal with the app. Didn't offer to refund us or just have somebody else order the items we needed and have them doordash to us or anything they just told us we don't deal with it sucks to be you.
