I've never seen three soft shell tacos in a row look as ruined as ours did today. Oy. Each one had beef coming out of one end and the rest coming out of the other. Grilled cheese burrito had sour cream on only one side, no Chipotle sauce, and like a tablespoon of beef. I now remember why I never come to this taco bell or any taco bell in Jackson. Make the drive to Mason if you want a decent meal. If Jackson people actually gave a f, we could have nice things.

The little girl at the drive through window was very rude didn't say a word when we pulled up, just handed us the food with an attitude and walked away I couldn't even ask for sauces...

You know what you're going to get. Reasonable price, decent portion, quality ingredients. The kitchen floor definitely needed some attention. Was a lot of debris on the floor definitely needed a sweep.

There's no reason for such slow service foe over priced food last 4 time they messed up our orders management never did anything to fix it. I will no longer be a customer their ID rather eat speedway gas station tacos. Thanks for proving u don't care about the customers.

These employees did the bare minimum as per usual and gave me a chalupa with literally 85 percent lettuce and cheese and THE REST CHICKEN.I have had this happen way too many times,Don't waste your money at this place or taco bell.I use to love taco bell, now it's really turned into the "fast food" statistic, where absolutely nothing is done rightYall think you're annoyed with the customers? Well I have a harsh truth for you coming from someone who's worked in fast food, I'm not here to ruin anything or hurt anybody feelings, I'm not being a Karen.I'm just tired of the fact that yall are the most notorious for getting things wrong or making people pay for things that are half asked or NOT WHAT THEY PAID FORCORRECT YOURSELF.Yall just suck at your job.Do better.
