Came in with a group of 60 right after they finished with a group of 30 and the crew were able to handle it all without losing their cool and making sure everyone got their order. Staff and management were awesome.

We always get our food to go but we order inside just bc it's hard to hear the speaker with four kids under 8 yrs old so doors locked no sign stating why doors were locked when it was lunch time. so we drove to a different location due to the fact we couldn't order inside

The couple ahead of us hàd waited also and was still waiting for Thier order❗then the other people had to come up while we were waiting because Thier order wasn't right ❗. I would suggest if you want Wendy's, to go to a different one ❗

Idk who the manager is at this location or who orders supplies but this location is terrible! Every time I order something they don't have 5 out of 10 things on their menu. Always get your order wrong, wait is ridiculous, and staff is incompetent. I haven't been able to get a baked potato for 4 years at this location because they never have them!

The atmosphere, I gave a 3 star because the drive thru setup is not very good. The drive thru lane has a weird little bend around the corner of the building, except the building is angled at that corner. The little area was used for the first drive thru window, you used to be able to pay here and pickup your food at the second window. It is no longer used because it was put in a bad spot and I have been through the line when it was being used and it is awfully difficult to turn that corner and stop at a good angle to be lined up to the window to pay, it was really bad utilization of space.So, if you can go inside into the beautiful lobby and seating area. I used to go here with my grandma as a kid, the restaurant still has the same layout.The food is as good as the workers want it to be. Meaning, you can tell when the staff is putting in the effort to make the food correctly. So, the quality is hit and miss. The staff members attitudes vary depending on the day, mostly annoyed during lunch time serving hours. Long wait time for fast food at this place. I would recommend going inside to order for the best service and food.

Inexcusably rude manager or whoever answers the phones. I had just pulled off a lot and believed I was overcharged from my order. I called with a simple question and was told by the guy who answered the phone That they were working on HR at that time and referred me to the app (that I don’t have) for any questions. It was a simple question, there was no need for them to respond with a rude attitude and send me on a goose chase to answer my question on my own.
