The E Michigan Wendy's has its ups and downs. One thing they seem to have is extremely polite and efficient drive thru window waiters and waitresses. Today I went and it was 5 stars across the board. Fish sandwich is here for Lent so that takes the 5 stars to another level. I have in the past gotten 3 star service and 3 star food so although mostly a 5 star experience, on average I'll say 4.
Always disappointed. Came through about 9pm waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and my food was still cold and not made correctly. I used to come here every other day till I kept getting cood food and my order wrong. Like I get the same thing every time how hard is a crispy chicken BLT, it's always cold and never has bacon and the fries are always cold and hard same for the nuggets. Im so tired of it, your corporation and Restaurant dont care but you lost me as a customer for good.

The man taking our order at the window was in a rush and was not listening when taking our order in drive through. With him rushing our order ended up being wrong and we didn’t receive a receipt, so there was no telling what we were charged. I was not please.

This location will only take one order at a time and pull one car up to the drive through window at a time. Across town on airport road they will take multiple orders and make great use of their first drive through window. This specific location will have you waiting up to but not limited to 45 minutes in their drive through line. Their staff is usually rude or not trained properly. On multiple occasions I’ve tried to hand them my card or cash at the window and they have blatantly ignored me

Food was great. ☺ Person taking the order very nice. ? Many customers came stayed for a while and left. ? ? I personally think they need to hire more people or the people they have need better training. ☺ Building and parking lot need a lot of work done on them. Building floor is very much uneven. Parking lot is full of holes. We come for the food, but it would be nice to be in and around a pleasant atmosphere.
The drive through tends to be slow. But the food is great.

pretty good Service and food even though Wendy's is always slammed. But I mean, come on, it's Wendy's. It's pretty hard to go wrong as a choice. There 4 as an employee. I will say they are somewhat intimidating, especially if you go inside and sit down. Because there's construction in a long line other than that. It's really good food and the Burger. Flipping guys did a hella tight job.

They only do one order at a time I guess, defeating the entire purpose of going through the drive through. An easily 5-10 minute trip took nearly 35, there were four cars in front of me, and by the time I got my food a line wrapped around the store. The food is good tho, terrible service you might as well doordash it. I did get a funny fry, hard as a rock, but it’s no big deal.

Great staff. Manager has a handle on his store. I ordered crispy chicken sandwiches. They were fresh but tasteless and tiny. Food is definitely going to hell. Pricy.
