Been coming here for years but the service now in 2023 & 2024 is completely useless I’ve paid for my food and told to pull forward only to have to go in so they START making my food. Today was my last straw they mess up my simple orders all the time but today they gave me nothing that I ordered but when I go in I get laughed at like it’s all ok we’ll just remake your order and the manager runs to the back no where to be found. Like seriously it don’t take a genius to figure out this place needs new competent management. Disgraceful.

We purchased two Dave's doubles & fries. I am not sure what is going on at this location, but the burgers came out so dry that they looked very over cooked to the point of being almost in edible. Secondly the fries were so old that they were ice cold, some of them seemed as if they were thru the fryer a couple of times because they were so crispy they crumbled to dust.We didnt realize the issues with the food till we got home, so we didnt bother to even try to go back and exchange it out, plus we also realized we didnt get a receipt.

I went through drive through and I think the women was training because she was having a hard time taking my order.It took about 3-5 minutes to complete the order taking process.I did change 2 or 3 things, but they were minor. And the back door alarm was sounding. It sounded like the fire alarm.I got a Asiago Sandwich and two 4 piece kids meals. The kids meals were put in the bags nicely and properly.I got my bag and my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and open. I will attach a photo. I got a refund for my Sandwich.We also got frostys which were good. But mine was over filled. I opened the lid and it flew out at me. It was compressed to the top of the lid.When i asked for a refund the lady was irritated and asked me why i wanted a refund. I said my Sandwich was not wrapped properly and it looked like the photo below.She refunded my money back to me and that was that. Behind the counter by fry area did not look clean. The lobby area was clean and maintained.Overall, I give this restaurant location a 3 star in all areas.

I tried to order food at this location through the mobile app which assured me the location was open. Google maps assured me it was open. The 4 other drivers trying to order food were also sure that the store was open as workers were inside and cars in the lot. Alas much to their and my own dismay as no one was manning the drive-through.

I love wendy's but recently at this location my food had been cold when I get it. I got probably 2-3 times a week and every time it has been cold or like it's been sitting out. I went back once and got a new order but I'm not gonna go wait in line twice every time I go. The service is good but food has been a 1/5 for me.

Incompetent. Went through the drive thru and ordered 5 burgers and a kids nugget meal. Received 2 bags so figured it was all there.. drove 20 minutes home before realizing they forgot 4 of the burgers. Yes - they gave me 1/5 of them. Gave my toddler her nuggets and these idiots put the spicy nuggets in the kids meal. So only one of us got to eat for $30. I tried to call them and the phone number is disconnected. I called corporate and got a refund on the app. Bunch of high school drop outs running this store - go at your own risk.

Food tastes good. Service was awful. Lady would cut me off when I was ordering and gave major attitude. I get home and she left one of my chilis OPEN SPILLING OUT. She also didn't give us straws or utensils.

I've been to this location 3 times in the past 2 weeks, I've had 2 orders incomplete, missing a chili one time and a queso fries the second. Now this third order is just terrible food, burger has temp and texture of being cooked 3-4 hours ago, the actual fries in the queso fries order are stale and old, coupled with a drop of cheese (not even close to last couple of queso fries I've had from different locations) and no straws to boot!I've tried calling the restaurant to report my orders/get credit for missing food......No Answer! Im just left wondering why I spend money here and why anyone would pay these employee's to not do there job!
