Idk whats going on in that kitchen but the chicken I got today was quite disappointing. I got a 15 piece ranch wing. There was barely any ranch seasoning on them. Also got a 15 piece half hot,half sweet Asian. Barely any sauce on those either. I used to eat this stuff a few times a month off the food truck and even when yall first moved. This is not the chicken yall we're selling me before. It had very little flavor and zero crisp. I'm just all together disappointed .

My first time eating here and was very disappointed they had nothing to drink, but lemonade, no napkins to wipe your hands on and my chicken wings were so salty. They were not very good I will not go

The food is really good….but can you all not be so ghetto?! This is coming from a black person too! Youre super slow, the staff is constantly on their phones or chatting away, running all over the mall, or yall are outta stuff do better

I like to give any restaurant at least a few tries before I get a final opinion. However what prompted my review is that I was served the most disgusting piece of meat I have ever seen from a restaurant. Every time I have come in, customer service is terrible, and they are always out of multiple things. This time I wanted tenders, woman said they are out. I asked what she would recommend she said the chicken sandwich. I ordered that, I guess they are “discontinuing pop” so bring your own drink. I walk out to my car after getting my order, the chicken is huge, but what was absolutely disgusting is that as soon as I picked up the sandwich the bottom bun was already mush and I could not even bite into the chicken. I took apart the sandwich, all the breading slid off and it felt like rubber. I could not even tear it apart. I’m not sure how any piece of meat let alone chicken could have that kind of texture/look but I was completely grossed out. The fries were incredibly salty as well.

We are fairly New to the area, Last night my husband and I were in the Jackson mall, of course I had taste for some fried chicken and when we walked in we look to the left and there it was wingity Ann's ? so we walked in and at the time her grand daughter was the only person there for the moment and we had some questions about the food because my husband has allergies and she was very pleasant and straight forward in answering our questions, then the minutes later Miss Ann walks on any way to make a long story short the service was pleasant and the food was bomb and the price is Right! Oh did I mention the chicken sandwich was hug ? this my spot now!! ?
My son and I loved them! We got bone in, traditional Buffalo and bone in Crack. They were very good! The young ladies working the front counter were very nice and helpful! We will be back!
