I like the fact that they have buy any item and get a sandwich for free for the month of April. I had a good experience and the fries were fresh, unlike some fast food restaurants.

Went thru the drive thru and asked for French dip and Swiss meal Large and asked for a peach lemonade large with curly fries. Didn't get the meal got a small lemonade and no fries and the person running the drive thru was rude and rushing me

Just stopped in and tried to use this coupon sent out in local coupon magazine. First cashier said they didn't honor it there. Then when he was shown the flier with their address he admitted they didn't have a button for it so they had not been honoring it for anyone. I'm not sure how this is considered to be acceptable behavior to not honor a local coupon that your location put out???

Was what I expected good fast food friendly staff was out of ketchup but it happens now days.
Worst food ever. Service sucks. Very rude tall lady with grey sweats on. Food cold and gross .Told to pull up and still got cold food. Mozzarella sticks frozen in the middle.

I’m pretty sure this Arby’s does not know how to make a Rueben. 1st time ordered at this location and it was like warm around the outside and cold in the middle. Thought it was a fluke so ordered again a few months later and it was prepared the same way. The bread isn’t even toasted.
