They always seem to be out of everything and if you get a to go bag expect to find a mess where your sandwich is supposed to be but then there are other times when everything goes great so I'm getting mixed reviews from itParking: I thought it was shut down the first time I went because no one is ever there
We paid $14 for the Chicken Bacon swiss meal. The sandwich was a waste of money. It looks like a dollar menu chicken sandwich from McDonald's!!!! Total waste of money!

I visited looking forward to enjoying the Gyro sandwich. They're the only one that serves it unless you go do Mediterranean.After waiting 5 minutes of not being served I left. They saw me! No "we will be with you in a minute", or "just a moment", they just ignored me.I tried another location up the road further west... Same thing.... They need better training in customer service

Spent over 20 minutes in drive thru and they weren't even that busy. Then when I got to the window I saw most of the people standing there doing nothing. I just drove away without getting anything, and added this to my list of restaurants filled with incompetent people that I don't go to anymore.

I love Arby's, so when we spotted it in Kalamazoo on our way back home from Chicago we didn't hesitate to drop by for lunch. I love their food, and the staff was very friendly and efficient.
