Just wanted to say thank you for all the years of your delicious cakes!! They are truly special. I’m holding out an impossible hope that you will try to stay open. We’ve had boonzaijers at every milestone in our family, from graduation, bridal & baby showers, to our baby’s 1st birthday. Happy to stop by today to be able to get my hands on anything you had. You will be missed!! ❤️❤️

We have been enjoying delicious cakes and treats from this top-notch bakery since 2010! While our special occasions and birthdays will be a tad less tasty come 2024, we are so grateful for Boonzaaijer Bakery. Thank you! ?

There was a line about 250 ppl.But the cakes are the very best in town. Sadly, they are closing permanently this month.

I'm going to miss this bakery. We've always gotten our cakes from Boonzaaijer, and I still remember being a little girl and having a customized Barbie cake. This bakery is part of my childhood, and so are its flavors. Thanks for all the sweets!

Absolutely hands down the best bakery. A long time staple for years in my family for special occasions. Love to at times just treat myself to a variety box of treats which I try to hoard to myself. I do not like sharing my boonsaiiers. Please don't

A super clean, and interesting little bakery hidden in an out of the way place in Kalamazoo; filled with about what you'd expect, lots of cakes and assorted little pastries and staffed by obvious professionals.I stopped by on a whim out of curiousity, amd would absolutely stop by again for their crispy Mocha-Hazelnut pastry with a name I can't quite remember how to spell. But it tasted fantastic and priced fairly, which is much more important than what it's called. You should definitely stop in and see what they have for yourself!
