Waitress at bar 1 wasn’t attentive. She wasn’t around when we needed her. I had to get up and get my own napkins.We didn’t get silverware. I wasn’t gonna leave her a tip but I decided I should. Long story short this young lady decided to come out of the restaurant and yells at my friend and I as we were pulling out of the parking lot because of the tip I left.

If you don't know what is what with their sauces, ask to taste the sauce before you order it. I've only been there a few times, but I don't care for most of their sauces, but I to taste 4 different ones before I ordered, and found 2 that were decent, and the other 2 were nasty, so I'm glad that I tried them. Our service was good, but I'm just not a fan of the place. A friend wanted to go today, so that's why I went.

The people seating guests were extremely disorganized, and the floor was disgusting. However, we didn't wait long, and we dont eat off the floor. The wait was somewhat long, but not past my patience threshold. The waiter -accidentally- dumped our food all over our table, phones, and persons. I originally gave this 4 stars until I was reminded of that incident. I wasn't angry about it. We are all human, but we weren't compensated for sticky phones and clothes other than quickly replacing our food. I shouldn't have to go to a website to take a survey to be compensated later. That should have been instantly.
Last night we placed an order online. Got home to find that we were missing one of our 10 piece wings. Called them up and talked to Andrea who apologized and actually compensated us for the mistake. Went in later to get the replacement order and Andrea went above and beyond! Thank you so much for the amazing, old school customer service! It is great to know this still exists!

The worst BWW I have been to. dirty, small portions served as a large and not allowing you to get more things one sauce on a large order of wings, "its our owners policy". smallest wings I have every got from BWWServer was nice and did a good job.
I got the 15/15 wing bundle and the boneless wings were old, dry, and barely any sauce (Buffalo hot) on them, the fries were dry and old and they only very little fries. The only thing good was the traditional (Buffalo medium) and I’d still give those a 3 star.

I sat up at the bar for my dinner. The person working the bar asked what I wanted to drink right away and served that. After that, I looked at the menu for my dinner selection. While I was looking at it, I was never asked what I would like to order, so I finally put it away, thinking I would get asked then, but nope! The bartender stood directly in front of me, talking to another waiter as I stared at them. Still, never asked and they walked away and went to the tables, clearing them. When the bartender came back, they started socializing with the kids next to me and never once acknowledged me, I had to interrupt them to place an order. Then the food came with only half of the ingredients it was supposed to. This was by far the worst service I have had at a BWW!

Sat down and wasn’t greeted by anyone after the host sat me. I had to ask the host whom my waitress was after 7 mins waiting. They were not busy at all on a Sunday at 6pm.
