There was one drive through server who was wonderful otherwise it's a no star. Everyone else was rude basically threw the bag at us, says here and shuts the window! We only came back bc of that one server who did drive through the first time, never again!

I normally don't have any issues other than the occasional they forgot to remove mayo or added ice to my drink. However, my onion rings were so over fried that I couldn't even eat them due to hardness. They were like stones.Vegetarian options: They could definitely have another option

So my friends wanted to eat at the competitors and I did not so I walked down to Burger grab the door handle to walk in and it is locked! Was frustrating giving how it was 5:00 on a Friday afternoon. So didn't get to have any Burger King because of that. Was very disappointed.

Food is burger King, it's good for being burger King, however the staff was absolutely awesome. And it was also the cleanest fast food place! Very awesome, thank you BK staff!!??

I told the guy at the front counter I wanted the honey mustard chicken sandwich and pointed to the picture also just incase didn’t here and still put it in and never read our order back and then he still insisted on me to pay for the sandwich I asked for in the first place never said wrap and the quality of that the 4200 stadium Dr. Kalamazoo Michigan is no where close to good quality and they really need to be retrained on how to make food I work with fresh meat for a living and I know chicken ain’t comin like that or should ever be like this is disrespectful and shows they ain’t got pride in serving good food to people

I don’t normally post reviews but I really feel like this store needs to be acknowledged! Especially the staff working 09/05/23 at 7pm-ish! I made a mobile order, which included a meal with quite a few substitutions for my autistic child and myself. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Food was hot. And most importantly, every sandwich was made to order; every substitution was done. This normally doesn’t happen when I go to a Burger King so I’m super impressed!! Keep it up, y’all! ❤️
