Went through drive thru ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals got home and there was only a whooper junior in the bag went back to location and was treat very rude and didn't even get an apology for the screw up will not go back to that location

Tried to go here at 9am with guys from work for breakfast. Had a truck and trailer and wanted to go inside. Only the drive through was open. Couldn't really use the drive through so we left.

Sat in drive-through from 1100-1145 with no word figured maybe an intercom error so drove to window. To be told to leave they had a big order for deliveries. Seriously couldn't even tell us that over the speaker? Then to be rude and tell us to leave? Maybe stay inside the building instead of smoking behind the dumpster and you might make your orders in less time then a dine in restaurant.

honestly the best burger king i have gone to in the kalamazoo area the atmosphere and kindess they display is extremely extraordinary. i dealt with the manager james and he was very polite and nice as well as everyone else that was working there today on 3/6/24 i will be continuing my business with them from here on out.
