We were off prime hours and in a hurry, so we hit the buffet with little expectations. It was all fine and filling, and the price was right. They made us fresh wontons so that merited a review and a star. This also after our last vist across the street to another chinese restaurant ended up in an an hour from order to delivery of our food.

Their tofu dishes are sooo good. If you're looking for vegetarian/vegan options this is the place to go!

Good was alright, not spectacular. The restaurant was completely empty at noon on a Sunday. They had a note by the cash register, which I didn't see, saying that there was a small markup on prices, no description on the markup. With two dim sum dishes and an appetizer, they were marked up from 2-3 dollars, from $5.95 to $7.95 and $8.95 and from $7.95 to $10.95, which was somewhat upsetting, as my meal was marked up $8, or 40%.

. I didn't choose this place. Four of us took a break from work and met another colleague at the restaurant. It's pretty basic. The buffet items are extremely limited. The best item was the green beans and even they were dried out and overcooked. By myself, I wouldn't go here.

We were handed a Chinese? menu with English and another menu which the waitress said was "old". There was a QR code at the table which we were not directed to. All three were very different and none matched the menu seen on yelp. None of them gave much in the way of descriptions, ingredients, and there were few pictures. This made ordering very difficult of course and we ended up ordering standard items. The quart pot of weak tea had one lonely tea bag. The six greasy flat spicy dumplings were disappointing. The hot & sour soup was good and helped add a rating star! The pork fried rice was oily and salty. The "kung pao chicken" had decent chicken but had as many pieces of Lemongrass(!) as chicken in with the uncooked carrots and a few peanuts. The sauce was ok but the abundant lemongrass overpowered it all.

The people here are so SWEET!I felt absolutely at peace and welcome here. Vibes, immaculate! The food is crisp, fresh, and hot. A simple, and clean, asiatic meal.I loved it all around. I'll be back to relax, and enjoy a simple meal.

In the mood for Chinese food and happen to come across Sichuan and happy i did. I started Wanton soup it had a little kick, but just right. Then, I asked for recommendations and got the orange chicken (not too crazy about it). I had a lovely conversation with the manager, and she was so polite. I'm looking forward to coming back as she will recommend authentic dishes. I highly recommend you stop by and supporting businesses, as i know you won't be disappointed.

Amazing hidden gem in Kalamazoo. If you want authentic Chinese cuisine, this is the place.

This isn't the fanciest restaurant, but you will get incredible food. We love their totally reasonably priced lunch buffet and truly enjoy ordering off of the mysterious and DELICIOUS Szechuan menu. I can't vouch for their more typical Chinese restaurant type dishes (because that's not what we are there for), but I recommend you bring your sense of adventure and ask for the red menu. If you like complex flavors and spice you are not likely to be disappointed. Make sure to order their fresh cucumbers with garlic (cold) to accompany your meal. We love the Szechuan style hot and sour soup, double cooked pork, and stir-friend Chinese vegetables as well. You can also count on some lovely people to help you out.

I've always seen this place but always questioned if they were open. Yesterday, we were wondering what to eat for dinner and decided to give this place a shot and I'm so glad we did. By far some of the best Chinese food we've had here in kalamazoo. The inside does look like a hole in the wall type place but the service we received was great everything came out super hot and fresh. I had the combination rice noodles and my husband had the combination fried rice. Both were packed with flavor. The pork itself tasted as if it were marinated prior to being added to the rice. They had lots of authentic Chinese options that I've never seen on any other ordinary Chinese menu. Definitely will be coming back. Loved it!

Fantastic and varied authentic menu. One of my very favorite places. Don't go if you're in a hurry. Service is always good, but food usually takes a bit of time to come out. Try the Chinese menu instead of the Americanized one, it's where this place really shines.
