Got culvers for the first time in a while. There was a young man that made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed happy to be doing his job. I think his name was Brandon. Culvers needs to hire more people like him.
I love their basic burgers and fries, but this time I got the pot roast dinner, and it was great! It was a generous portion of pot roast, a decent serving of broccoli, and a rather small scoop of gravy-covered mashed potatoes. It included a dinner roll and a small container of a different gravy, more like a sauce, for the meat. Everything was really good, and it was NOT overly salty! I'll definitely order this meal again!

Great atmosphere and great food! The only issue I've had with this particular Culver's is that they Always forget to put something that I ordered in the bag. Mistakes happen, it's human, but more than three times is a problem.Kid-friendliness: They have an entire menu devoted to kids and a clean inside seating area

Can't comment on the food. Ordered online while in the curbside. I notified I was there on the app and text. Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes while several cars received their food. Went through the drive through where they directed my back to curbside where I waited 15 minutes before. Went inside to see 5 or 6 emploees having personal conversation at the front counter. The manager was also up front and his only reply was "I'm sorry. The refund is on the backend" no solutions. No help. Poor customer service. Don't trust Culver's to do anything in a timely manner. If you're in a lunch rush to get back to work go to Arby's, burger king, Wendy's, or any other food establishment across the road from the Culver's.

Well, we cane thru the drivein...I ordered a 2 piece Cod dinner with Mashed potatoes..and broccoli.Welllll.....The Cod was fabulous...The Mashed potatoes were very runny...soupy...The broccoli...it contained 1/4 of the size of the container which is hardly any for 2 people...Come on...Hope the next time will be awhole lot better...
