The most unprofessional Dennys I've ever been to. My toast was like croutons, my hashbrowns were burned, and The steak wasn't to my liking. My over-easy eggs were overcooked. We were being seated and the young waitress was rude to the host and said she wasn't taking any more tables. Service was poor. I Will never go to that particular establishment again

Very unprofessional. Placed a pick-up order, spent $65 on food to get home and there is a whole meal missing. Instead, just threw 2 pancakes in a box, when no where on my receipt were pancakes even ordered. There were only 3 people in the lobby, so, it's not like they were busy. Clearly bagging up all the food your looking right at a receipt. Tried to call for a manager that night said she would be in, in the morning. Called in the morning said she wasn't in yet. Called again in the afternoon, lady who answered the phone was super rude and unprofessional didn't even say the company name when she answered just said HELLO. Said manager wasn't in again and wouldn't be till tomorrow. Never again will I order from here. Seems to be something that goes wrong everytime.

We just had breakfast here at 6 am on a Sunday. Chad L was our server. Dude single handily is running the restaurant. Hosting, serving, bussing, cashier, etc. I mean he is working his butt off. He made sure our breakfast was amazing despite it being kinda busy for this early! Excellent customer service.I would give the atmosphere a 5 but there was also a woman working with Chad that was not doing anything. She was literally just hanging out around the restaurant. Had to watch Chad bust his behind while she and another worker sat at a table and chatted!Chad is keeping your Dennys alive!

So I just left denny's the server was nice the place was dirty while eating our food some kitchen worker started sweeping the floor right next to my table it was pretty gross to me after really seeing how dirty the floor was. The glasses were dirty I didnt notice until after I drank my Sprite it grossed me out for what they charge for the food the bacon eggs and sausage were gross my French toast was good though overall I will not go back ai many cheaper places with better quality imo

While we had planned to have the grand slam meal with poached eggs, we were unable to as they ran out of shelled eggs. They had scrambled only. This was at 8:30 am on a Saturday. The pancakes were wonderful.
