Factory Coffee is very cute. The ambiance is that of a traditional coffeehouse. Clean, tastefully decorated, and open. The service is chill, and the refreshments are what you would expect.

Love the original shop -- it has the best energy! The coffee is always fantastic, whether you like espresso, drip or pour overs. They have incredible lavender syrup, which I usually get in a matcha! Their decaf espresso is also very good, which is a true testament of good roasting. There aren't many coffee shops where I feel comfortable ordering a cortado, let alone decaf, but factory doesn't disappoint! Milk steaming and texture does vary from barista to barista... drinks are always made correctly, but the milk texture isn't always spot on. Overall, still my favorite kzoo coffee shop!

Stopped in after finding this spot based on reviews. Loved it so much we didn’t branch out on day 2- went back for more! Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fantastic coffee with homemade syrups (one of us is a purist and one likes flavor - both were great). Also have to say that the Asiago bagel was a top 3 bagel of all time. Don’t skip those!

Really unique location and interior with diverse seating options for whatever your there to do (work, read a book, hang out with others, etc.). Awesome location on a relaxing red brick street.

This location is only blocks from the Amtrak station, and I started and ended a two day bike trip from here. I adore this place. Delicious coffee, very welcoming atmosphere, and kind and earnest staff. They literally saved me from heatstroke and I am forever grateful.
