When this first opened it was the best food in kalamazoo and that was supported by the best bartenders and wait staff in the area. There was a palpable eagerness to provide the best dining experience by everyone in the building. Over time chefs changed, recipes were altered and the food faltered. The last two times I was in prior to the COVID closure I left dissappointed by both the food and the service. The sauces on the food offerings did not compliment the course, was caustic at times, and inedible on others. I hope when the establishment re-opens after the quarantine that serious thought goes back into making this "THE" place to dine in Kzoo. Why they altered perfection in the first place is beyond me......but I hope they find their way back.

If you enjoy tapas, you will like Fandango. Good flavors and some suprising dishes (try the bacon wrapped dates). Staff was fun and food was good....what more can you ask for?

We use to love the food here. My wife and our friends have been eating here since it opened. We have went through the ups and downs with regards to food there. The last few times have been one disappointment after another. Portion sizes have shrunk considerably, flavors have lost their way, and some of the best items on the menu are now gone. The prices continue to go up as well. Staff is unfamiliar with how to describe the dishes. Sadly we will no longer be spending our time and money here. The area has too many other options to be ok with mediocrity. Best of luck Fandango's. Hope you find your way back.

I just stopped in for a drink, ended up ordering food. Had the beef tenderloin and then goat cheese. Both were unbelievable.
