We stopped in for lunch with our 7 year old during spring break today and had a great time!Food and drinks were great but the best part was our server/bartender Beacon. She was so kind and personable all while managing the bar and people at tables on her own. Our service was fantastic. Beacon even overheard our daughter be a little bummed that mom at the last bite of her chicken tender (she said she was done!) and brought over a surprise freshly cooked tender. It was the sweetest and funniest little gesture.It’s been a while since we’ve encountered a server so wonderful in Kalamazoo. Beacon is a treasure!

Thursday, March 21 @ 6:30PM Had great service up to the moment we received our food. Then our waitress went AWOL. Took forever to get a leftover container, took forever to get our bill, took forever for her to return to cash us out. I ended up getting up myself and looking for help. It's no wonder we eat at home these days. For the price of food and drinks I expect great service throughout the ENTIRE visit.

Table for 6 seated right away at 6 on a Thursday night. I liked that the drink and food menus were both unique and that it wasn't just typical pub food. I got a blackberry mimosa. It was good, but not great. I also got fish and chips- I probably wouldn't get them there again. We did get the brussels sprouts appetizer, and those were very good. It was a decent meal, but nothing that I would crave or get me wanting to come back at this point.

The Kung Pao Cauliflower was pretty bland. My husband got the Cali Ruben and said the coleslaw lacked flavor. I ordered the Olive Smashburger which also was pretty bland. About half way through the burger I bit down on something hard and almost cracked a tooth. I spit out my food only to find half of a very dried up old olive. This happened right when our server walked up to see if we needed anything. He helped me to identify it as an olive but wasn't the least bit phased by the finding. I obviously did not finish eating my burger and won't be going back.

Service wasn’t very good. Our server left for the day before checking us out. We waited a while and then had to grab another server to check out. Expensive for what you get. Giant pretzel comes with a tiny amount of cheese and they charge you for more. Wouldn’t go back.

Beer sampler flights available for those testing out the options, and a good food menu (including a kids menu). See the on-site brewing equipment through a glass window. There is an option to brew your own beer as part of pre-arranged special events.

Visited here for a round of drinks during the week and had a great time! It was pretty slow when we came in, and our party of 8 stopped by the bar to try a few different beers on tap. Most of us ended up doing a flight since it was our first time here. The beers were so delicious and flavorful, and was a great reminder of why I love local breweries! Our bartender was very helpful, friendly, and just went above and beyond to help us. The inside of the brewery is very inviting and an enjoyable atmosphere to be in. I love that you can see some of the actual brewery inside the restaurant as that really adds to the vibe. Sadly we did not get to try this time!

Stopped in 9:45 wondering..will they serve us food close to close time. YUP full menu we ordered amazing tasty food…these were a tie for the best chicken strips I’ve had..and the beer was great as well. Stop here when ur in the area u won’t be disappointed
