This in my new favorite Chinese restaurant we had take out and I'm telling you what you get the best Chinese food ever here I had the bourbon chicken and it was the best I have ever had I will be going back sometime soon for sure and the price was well worth

I just had a doordash driver show up with my order and show me that the bag had leaked onto her car seat because something was wrong with the way the restaurant packed it. When I sat it down to open the bag, we both saw that the containers were so full they were not even sealed. The bag was so saturated it fell apart on my front porch. The driver helped gather it up and said she would rush it back to great wall on gull road to let them know and would wait for the replacement, which was so very kind of her. I called great wall on gull road to let them know the driver was coming in and explained what happened and was told by the gal on the phone that it 'wasn't their problem once the food is paid for and leaves their restaurant'. She said I had to take it up with doordash. While on the phone, I heard the driver enter and speak to the same gal and tell her the containers were overfilled and burst open. I heard her tell the driver that it was not their problem, they would not replace the order. The driver was offended, I was offended listening to how little the gal who told the driver she was the manager didn't care about their error. And I was offended that she said once I paid them, they had no responsibility for poor service. If I could give great wall on gull road a zero rating, I would.HORRIBLE customer service from the manager that was working at 5pm on October 11th. I will never give them my money again!

I don't know what happened. Hadn't ordered from this place in a while. Nothing was the same quality. The fried rice was not freshly made, the pepper steak was swimming in brown sauce, and the hot and sour soup I ordered turned out to be horrible. It appeared to be egg drop with something spicy added. It was yellow and thick. What used to be excellent crabmeat rangoons were simply awful. Sorry guys; I won't be back.

We took all the food back to them nobody was trying to get a free meal she paid very good money for that food and for them not to remake her food was horrible customer service that was totally unacceptable rude just rudeThere are definitely a lot of very very bad reviews from tonight through 3 years ago you guys should probably get rid of that little mouthy manager you got in there that's why there's parking nobody goes there anymore you guys are absolutely horrible

This used to be the best deal for good food. They have my favorite wonton soup and fried wontons. Since they are under new owners it's gone down hill. Order any chicken dish and it comes out leathery like they are pre-cooking it a day or 2 in advance. This has happened my last 2 orders.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered 3 dinners, 2 orange chicken and 1 szechuan beef a LITTLE spicy, got home took 4 bites and literally could not eat any more because my mouth was on fire, so I called and explained my situation the very nice lady told me to bring it back and they'd remake. I told her I'll just go ahead and get a general tso chicken because I've never had an issue with general, get there, hand her my meal (they asked me to bring it back) and she takes it in the back, is gone for about 3-5 minutes and comes back out with my "new" meal, I take it, go home and sit down to enjoy my meal... would you believe all they did was take the beef out of the container and just replaced with General tso chicken, IN THE SAME HOTTER THEN HADES SAUCE THAT WAS ALREADY ALL OVER THE RICE AND EVERYTHING ELSE IN THERE .... needless to say I won't be returning and yes my mouth is till on fire as I'm typing this 'cus I ended up eating the hot coals??♀️??♀️??♀️

Place an order for pick up of chicken lo mein. The lomaine noodles are like skinny glass noodles. Absolutely no texture or taste, absolutely dissatisfied. If it wasn't glass noodles I'm not sure what it was, but they are so small and skinny it's disappointing because that. Is not what Was expected.

Was very dirty!! Food could of been better and tried multiple things!! My man liked the crab ragoons though. Staff was helpful but could use A LOT of improvements. Like I had cleaned up the dying parts of a plant they have set out... Minor things make a place way more nice!
