Used to be the best pizza in town but someone stopped caring cuz it's a shadow of its former greatness. Nothing is really bad but nothing is really good. The pizza has been undercooked and bland. It was our go-to for many years but we won't be going back anytime soon.

Been ordering from jaspare's since they open. Order dinner last night from them and Bit into my sub and had to spit it out. It tastes like old lettuce and I took the top off and there was brown spots in half the lettuce. Tried to call the the same night and so one would pick the phone up and hang up. So called today and they can't do nothing because I didn't call last night even though I have it on my phone to prove I tried to call back like 5 mins after it got delivered.

I bought a pizza fried mushrooms and the spicy garlic bites last night on 1/29/24 evwrything was great except the fried mushrooms werent cooked enough. Other than that the food was great. Also as a side note as a former delivery driver myself. Please tip your drivers more than a buck. Especially if you ordered more than 50 bucks worth of food.

Picked up the food. A roast beef sub and a 12" pizza. The sub had very little meat in it. Very skimpy. The bun was yummy though . The pizza was over cooked which made crust hard. To hard. Doesn't really matter about toppings when they are sitting on a rock hard crust first and last

This is the second time we've placed an online order and had problems. The first time we waited 2 hours for our food to never show up and when I finally got someone to answer the phone they said they weren't taking delivery orders and just gave us a refund. I waited almost a year before placing another order. This time we waited an hour and a half before I tried calling. I called 4 times and no one answered the phone. Finally I got in the car and was almost to the restaurant when my fiance said they just showed up. Mind you I live 5 minutes from the gull Rd location. It took almost 2 hours to get our food. The pizza was cold and the dessert we ordered, the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was Carmel and I didn't receive the extra sauce I paid for. For $50 Dollars we could have had a good meal that we actually ordered on time and what we wanted. I am a GM of a food service restaurant and I am very understanding about things happening but this particular restaurant obviously has no actual management or understanding of what good service is. I would take your money elsewhere. Even McDonald's has better service.

Ordered pizza at 5:50 pm, and the soonest it could be here was 7:00, called store at 7:10 pm because we still didn’t have pizza and was told they were on their way, we live 8 minutes from store, 7:40 pm they showed up and refused to discount the pizza so it was sent back. No apologies, nothing. Horrible service!

Used to be my go-to pizza place. Pizza took 1.5hrs to get to me. Then was treated badly by a driver because he couldn't find address. Pizza was cold and gross asked for a refund. Hung up on and no calls returned after leaving 2 messages. Hit or miss if the Pizza is good or if an angry driver has probably spit in it. No longer going to Jaspares! ??

Took us over an hour to get our drinks first order, then when she bought our drinks we ordered our food and it took us over an hour for her to bring our food back my food was wrong everybody else got theirs right there was only three people ordering food. One order I ordered to go I did not get my garlic bread to go with my fettuccine alfredo and chicken had to go to the bar to get my second drink! The waitress was supposed to be clean in the bathrooms but was not I don't know what she was doing in there because they were not playing. Yes I did go in there. I have always written checks there and I could not write one because they change your systems. So I guess I will never be going to Jasper's again and that's sad because I've Loved Jasper's since my nephew worked there.
