I called to place an order 2, 16” subs I got a 16” and a 8” Than went to buy another 8” and they gave me a Slim. They don’t listen!!! Food was good as always, Staff just needs to pay more

I placed an online order at 1:23pm. I walked into the store at 1:33pm and checked in with staff. At 1:45pm, the same staff member asked me if I was waiting for an order. I eventually received my order at 1:55pm. They made two sandwiches in the meantime and there were two customers already eating. This took my entire lunch break just waiting, let alone try to eat. Not freaky fast, terrible service.

I don't like their bread it's hard as a rock almost like a bagel and their turkey stinks and they don't put hardly anything on them and they're extremely over priced for what the food is... Other than that their service is really fast and their employees are really nice and the atmosphere is very pleasant and the store smelled very clean and so was the restroom.

just watched a jimmy johns employee take out the trash, and he dropped a piece of trash and the wind carried it into someone’s open car window and he made no effort to try and stop it or apologize ??

I came to get some food and the "manager" closed the store down early at 11am and then refused to open the door and tell me just kept shaking his head no. So that's when I called because I saw a little girl running around and two other females sitting and eating. That's when he proceeded to tell me that they help and that's why they are there. Very nasty that you have a 5 year old looking child to "prep" your work for you. Saying it's his "family".

Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. Waited approximately 20 - 25 min in drive thru lane, 11:10AM time slot. I counted 5 cars in front of me!If you're in a hurry don't come here!
