Been going here on and off since it opened. Food is good when they get the right order to you. DON'T order a couple days ahead. I did that and got it the same day. I didn't need it until a couple days later and the receipt said to not make it until said time of order. Yet I still got it early. I'm impressed with there food the last time I went it was tasty and worth it. I prefer Jimmy johns over subway. There subs are better. Idk what kinda bread they got but it's really good. Not super soft and mushy but yet not like a rock. When ever I go in the staff seems nice.

Went to the drive thru and ordered 4 sandwiches with 4 combos.They used one bag to package all of this and the chips were popping out of the top like a bouquet. Needless to say two bags of chips fell out and onto the pavement in the transfer from store to vehicle.I asked for drink carrier and was instead offered a box. All the sandwiches were not labeled which was problematic because I had to open four sandwiches to get to the one I needed.Additionally I had to return to the store twice. Once to return a mistake, and the next get straws.Never again at this location.

Been here before enroute back to Chicago from Michigan. Subs are super fresh and always made correctly. Fast service and nice music playing. Bathrooms super clean and easy in/out parking and back on freeway. Outdoor seating during warmer months

Needed comfort food and therefore I stopped at this Jimmy John's (not my usual location) drive through to order my favorite sandwich. This included one major modification - a particular sliced bread option rather than the flavorless and unhealthy sub loaves that they use. Having the right bread can make or break the sandwich and for me the sliced bread I selected was the right one to make the #8 a mouth watering treat. Unfortunately the delight and joyful anticipation that had lingered through the drive through and all the way home was dashed, when I opened the bag to place my sandwich on the plate. The receipt supported the disappointing sight. The person taking the order completely ignored the request to have the #8 on this sliced bread. At least it is edible, but the joy and the aspect of a special treat/comfort food is non-existent. I would have gotten the same meh feeling from a cheaper place or better yet, saved the cash and the indulgence and just eaten a quick prepare item at home. (Read up on their reviews on another site. They received high points, but the write ups actually identified a consistent problem with modifications and special requests - even though that chain is designed for just that - to make a basic sandwich to a variety of tastes.)
