I cannot express to you what a wonderful experience I had at the Kzoo Cat Cafe. It was the best $15 I have spent all year! Kitties glore to lavish attention on! It will be the best $15 you have spent in a LONG time! Simply heartwarming!

This place is literally heaven on Earth. Kitties EVERYWHERE! They are always happy to see you and get pets & playtime. The staff are wonderful people who care deeply about each and every cat in their care. The included snacks & drinks are an added bonus! I absolutely love coming here.

We brought our cat in for a nail clipping which went great. The cat is very shy but opened up to the staff and all the cats roaming the room. Best experience we have ever had taking one of our cats out of our home.

Although they tell you that they welcome walk-ins on the weekends, don't believe a word of it. We traveled down from Rockford to Kalamazoo last Saturday during their "Open" hours. When we pulled in, their Open sign was lit and when we discovered the door was locked, we saw a note on the door to ring the bell. Despite us seeing the lights on and people walking around, they ignored the bell. Then we knocked and finally a young lady came to the door. She informed us they were closed to walk ins and and didn't care if we had driven over an hour. There was no way we could have called to make an appointment because they don't provide a phone call on their website. If you want to adopt a cat, I would highly recommend that you do NOT go to KAZOO CAT CAFE.

Amazing service and all-around great place! Not only are their cats friendly, but they're also being introduced to other cats, which makes them even more adoptable. I wish I could take every one of them home.

I love the idea of rescuing and supporting local cats, but the owner here is incredibly condescending and rude. If she were to treat others with respect and compassion, maybe there would be more positive reviews at this location. I hope the cats here are treated better than the owner treats people!

Very nasty person on the text at the other end. Telling me that I don't care when I'm reaching out. I find these kittens, my dogs will kill them. Whoever it is, needs a different job help the cause resign. There was no mama cat apparently she got hit. I don't know anything about the mama cat like you said you're sick of dealing with people like me who call all day wanting help you're sick of it. Please get another job, you're the nastiest person I've ever dealt with. When trying to help kittens, you want me to put them out to die? Overnight of course. I didn't. I found someone to help me? That's real. You need a new job, dude. You could care less about me or the kittens just keep on pretending. I think you're just a victim, you see yourself. As a victim, poor poor thing. Have to listen to people all day long. Get some a new job seriously.

Zero stars. I give this rating specifically because of the owner/director Abbey Thompson. This woman is unnecessarily condescending, belittling, rude, and confrontational. All you have to do is read the negative reviews. That are ALL specifically about her and her attitude/the way she treats people. Just read her responses on these reviews. That will tell you everything that you need to know about her. You can decide if you want to support/adopt from this kind of despicable human. All of the other rescues don't charge you to go, are less than half the price on adoptions and most importantly are run by caring and compassionate people who will treat you with kindness and respect. I assure you that you will not get this from the owner/director of Kzoo cat cafe. This woman should not have a business in which she interacts with people in any way. I have spoken to many people in the last few days who know Abbey or have had interactions with her. Not a single person could give me one experience that showed kindness or respect. Not a single person had a positive thing to say about this woman. STAY AWAY FROM THE KZOO CAT CAFE INSTEAD SUPPORT THE SPCA!!
