After waiting for an hour some one who came in an ordered after me got there Oder made and completed before me even though I went through the online portal I end of cancel the order after an hour and 20 minutes will never order little Caesars again

It's Little Caesars. I am not expecting a 5 star experience. It's chaotic, and if I am not in the room before my online order is ready, it will get sold to another customer. They're just disorganized and trying to do their jobs. I'm the one who chose to go to Little Caesars, so it's my cross to bear.
I ordered via the app so I just picked up. The pick up portal looked clean and kept the pizza hot. I do not recommend the hula Hawaiian , they never put enough pineapple and it seems like they don't put sauce on it cuz it's always dry. I'm giving up on getting a good hula hawaiian from Little Caesars . The most bestest pepperoni is really good.

Very rude management... I stood in line to order food The lady manager walked past me from behind the counter rolled her eyes and proceeded to talk to a person of non color that came in after me. Waited for a few more minutes still no service while she was discussing pictures in a person's phone.Was trying to order food for my grandkids of one that has a disability so patience is a must but really. How rude

I have now stopped at this location four times over the past 11 months, and every time I’ve been told there is no food available. Each time I was quoted a 20+ to 45 minute wait, with cars lined up outside and people waiting inside as well.I don't know if the issue is cheap management resulting in under staffing, or just general incompetence, but I've officially given up on trying to get a pizza from this location.
First time I've ordered from this Little Caesars. Either the sausage or the sauce was outdated or left out too long. Both tasted funny. I was sick all night. I learned my lesson!
