Was in the drive thru for hourssssss and the inside was locked which I'm not sure why. I would've been left if I didn't want to try the new pizza bites. I wanted the herb and cheese ones but none was made so I couldn't get them. The lady was very nice ,but I only could order food that wouldn't take long to make,and nothing was really already made so I had Italian cheese bread and of course it was fresh she just made it.

Hey now so ig little ceasars was Supposedly short staffed and couldn’t make me a cheese pizza !!! Like what the heck I live 1 min away why do I have to drive 10 min out for a cheese pizza ?? Then I come out to westnadge and the only two people here are team working the heck out the drive threw and front counter! While the other store complain about being short staffed and just can’t seem to just make me a cheese pizza !! Oan it was 7:30 !!

Would rate 0 if possible door was locked so I was not able to get my online order had to wait in drive thru for 30+ minutes after my pizza was ready for pickup and I ask the lady to remake my order if it's cold because I had to wait she walks off for 3 minutes comes back with my food and said it just came fresh out of the oven I grabbed my food the box was soggy and Luke warm I have no clue what is going on there but last visit there

The person (male) who answered the phone at 12:24pm eastern time told me he counted take my order because they were swamped. I’ve managed for years and never turned away guest because it was busy.

To Be fair an comparative vs other little Cesar's locations.who ever is making pizzas in the back are making the topping area super thing an the curst region super thick. meaning the dough that suppose to be evenly distributed isn't the center of the pizza is thing the out side edge is thick,to be honest and as brutal as possible about this i bought a pizza not a cracker with a crust.

They need a new protocol for parked orders after what me and my brother went thru last night. DO NOT PARK CUSTOMERS IF YOU GUYS ARENT GONNA BRING US OUT OUR ORDER AND PROCEED TO TAKE CARE OF OTHER CUSTOMERS VS. Me and my sister just worked a 12hr shift so we decided to grab pizza here on 1/14/24 at 6pm.The lady who was on that shift told us it’d be a 15mn wait and to park. She didn’t inform us we should go back in line or anything.We proceeded to wait 40mn for two pizzas and bread steaks. We watched as they took everyone else’s orders and my sister decided to walk up to the door.The door was locked and BOTH employees stood there and stared at my sister and kept taking orders.We then drove back in line and asked where our pizza was.We received two cold pizzas and breadsticks. My family live right around the corner in lake street and never have I had bad service from here before.
I ordered my food on the portal. when I got there the inside was closed down with no sign on door. workers ignored me as I tried to get my food. after 5 mins standing in the cold knocking someone then told me to go through drive through. I can't believe this one is still open. This place needs new workers that know how to do their jobs.
