I love this place ! Somebody should get Keith Lee over here because,this would blow his mind if he came here . I'm from down south and I've been looking for well season food from some great establishments and I'll definitely mark this number one on my charts my fiance couldn't wait to get here I'LL BE BACK !

After having all my teeth pulled and not really wanting to stick with traditional jello pudding mashed potato type diet I found this place. Still just as easy to eat, but 1000x better. I ordered the cheeseburger potato and it was beyond what I expected from a potato. I highly recommend Load A Spud Potato Bar.

Don't come if you're hungry. They may be closed for no reason on a Friday afternoon. Even though the lights are on and the door is unlocked. My family of 3 walked in and we were told by the staff that they were closed. At 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Looooooong before their stated hours said they would close. I guess they like giving their neighbors business.

Why isn't it open? I've stopped in and they said they were OUT OF POTATOES.... Every other time they are just not open. The hours on the door are 1:00, and they are never there. It would be nice to know if your closing so I quit driving up here only to find it closed.... and if u call no one answers, and it says voice mail isn't set up on this number.I keep stopping by when I'm around the area, still not open...

The restaurant is literally never open. I’m not sure how there would be any reviews at all if it’s only open for one day out the whole week. And when it is “open” they never open on time. Just leave load a spud in Grand Rapids if you can’t run a business efficiently.

Oh my gawd this place was awesome.Prices are a are a bit high but that's inflation for ya.You definitely get enough to eat though .One potato is a definitely a meal though.
First had them at their south bed location. I’ve been in Michigan 3 times now and every single time I attempt to go to this store it’s closed. They got closed for health code in south bend and never opened again it was short lived. Food was good but obviously not well operated.

I really loved this place when I had it before. Unfortunately, I have not seen the store open once during the entire academic year of 2022-2023.I checked multiple times a month during their posted times.

The spud and tacos we had were fabulous. Got whatever I wanted on it and the potato was creamy and delicious. The two working were great and friendly. Be prepared to have two meals!

Went to the restaurant 3/29/23 at Noon , it was still closed , website, grubhub and Google all have different hours of operation. Also tried to call and see if the hours changed but there was no information and I was asked for a remote access code. Very disappointed since I was getting lunch for myself and other coworkers and was let down and now they are reluctant to give this restaurant another chance can't say I blame them. Hope you figure out a way to fix this issue going forward.
