This place has a checker at the kitchen window, making sure everything is done correctly and everything written on the tickets is present before it gets taken to your table. Food is always excellent and service is great.
Horrible service , food was wrong and over cooked . Brought kids food out half an hour before adults got meals .Food is never consistent and wait staff is bad , no drink refills or extra sauces that were ordered with food. It took an hour to get food and they were not busy! Used to be a great place now I will spend money elsewhere.

Our experience at Main Street Pub was an absolute mess. This was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant since I can remember. It was simple…we ordered appetizers before others but ended up watching tables get their full meals before us. The “apparent” manager, Mara, was incredibly rude and unhelpful on the situation and raised her voice at us. It's clear they're lacking in customer service and leadership. I did something I thought I would never do. I went with a large group without reservations to Main Street Pub. They were above and beyond. We were treated so well and the staff was amazing tonight. The best server and manager. I can't complement them enough and also the food was timely and excellent. Thank you so much!

Everything was just okay. My food was very soggy so I had to return it they made more but by the time it was finished I had to leave so then I ended up paying for cold food by the time I was able to eat it. The salad was fine not really anything special. I normally like everything I get at any main st pub but not this time. That really is the reason for a 3 star and not 4 or 5 which is generally the service and food quality I have received there before.
Extremely impressed by the friendly service. The food came out fast and was Amazing! Will be recommending this place to family and friends!

Worst experience I have had in food service, once I got there went and was seated it took 10 minutes for the waiter to acknowledge we were there which seemed ok because they were busy, once she got our drink ordered it took almost 15 mins to get the drinks. Then another 30 mins before she came back to get the food order at which point she said that she can’t take any orders for another 10 min. I was extremely frustrated after waiting for over 40 min to even get to order food so I went to pay for my drink and leave. I payed with cash and waited another 10 mins after that and left without even getting my change, won’t be coming back any time soon and completely wasted my money. I don’t mind tipping but when they don’t even bring back the change I have a problem

I was to the Gull Road location a few weeks back and there were 5 of us, all ordered something different and nobody finished their meals. The waitress asked if everything was ok and we said it wasn't great and that she could take the half eaten plates away. Nobody offered an apology or even asked what was wrong. We were not looking for handouts, we paid and cut our losses. Last Thursday, I was at the west main location and ordered a margarita which was made with the absolute cheapest mix and tequila I've ever tasted and when I sent the entire drink back, nothing was said and we were charged for the disgusting drink anyway. I hadn't been to a main street in a few years and I don't see myself going back.
