Worst service at a McDonald's in a while, and that's saying a lot because every other McDonald's is shitty also. Very unfriendly staff.

Every time we go to that McDonald's, they never ever get our order correct. Most of the time it's short. Today we got a surprise meal, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't check. I bet my husband 5$ that our order would be wrong so at least I got that! ?

Prices keep raising faster than than the food service.. only two items are even still on dollar menu and they're beverages. I ordered sausage biscuit sandwiches, price listed at 1.19 on menu, by time I finish ordering the price increased to 1.89.. are you serious ?. Between the prices and fact that its not fast food usually anymore it's time to say no more unless you're just lazy or have no ability to make your own meals. ?

If I could give a zero star I would! This isn't just posting about a one time deal here this is numerous over a 2 year period......everything from waiting over a half hour at the order menu to never in 2 years them never getting my order right to today doing a doordash I pulled in and an employee was outside putting cones by the road because they were closing....I asked him where do doordash drivers pick up at and he told me to pull around and wait in the spot reserved for drive thru so I did.....shortly after he came and got my number.....over 30 minutes later and trying to call well over 30 times and they just pick up the phone and hang up I go to the drive thru which is now closed! I drive up to where you get the food and mysteriously they close leaving me hanging.......I talk to the manager and they had no clue I'm there......I will drive a hundred miles before I ever go to that McDonald's again!

"I'm not taking no food orders for the next 20 minutes until we push over to lunch". This is what I was told as I rolled down my window at the drive thru at 11:28 am this morning. I said "OK" and just drove away. It's the most bizarre interaction I've ever had at a McDonald's.I've never had a McDonald's just tell me up front they weren't going to take orders during the middle of the day. I mean, doesn't breakfast end at 10:30 or 11 anyways?

If I was possible to give this location a zero or negative 5 stars I would. Sat in line at the drive thru for a large fry. FINALLY get to the window and was told they are closed with 3 more cars behind me. Never EVER will I come to this location again.
I went here on 7/17 at 6:35 PM and all of the workers were outside (about 4 of them), go to the drive though and they were screaming at me from outside “WE’RE CLOSED” when I pulled back around they said “we have too many people.” What sense does that make? AWFUL. All I wanted was dinner before I go into work at the hospital

The staff here are so disorganized and mean! They always seem to have a attitude , and the foods always disgusting. I would not recommend this McDonald’s, if you want a good McDonald’s you should go to the one on gull road!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life For some reason or somehow they have run out of receipt papers so you can't get a receipt for your order and for the 2nd time within 5 days I They have screwed up the order people are definitely not friendly Downright rude seemed to be upset the fact that you actually came through their store I do know that good help is Hard to find but You would hope they would hire people that could actually get the basics down

Need work on customer service, so many other choices. Understand new workers, but being polite, positive & even after saying, " you have a nice day too!" Huh, what? Oh yeah! 4 people drove off & didn't even pay or wait for their orders ? Need to listen better or get a new Speaker, repeated Small Coffee 1 cream & 1 sugar, 3xs before he got it. A coffee?
